32nd Street Theater's 12th Annual "Unity Through Knowledge" HBCU Tour to visit Clark-Atlanta, Morehouse, Morris Brown, Spelman, Fort Valley State, Alabama State, Tuskegee, and Florida A&M. The cost for the 6 day/5 night tour is $950 per student. Caring For Young Minds Black College Tour

Each year, Caring for Young Minds takes a group of 230 high school students on a week-long college tour of several HBCUs.  This year, the tour will include: Delaware State, U. of Maryland Eastern Shore, Hampton, Norfolk State, North Carolina A&T, Bennett, Johnson C. Smith, Shaw, St. Augustine's, and North Carolina Central. Students who have attended this college tour received college admittance. The 22nd Annual Black College Tour

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

The Indianapolis Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is selecting students for its highly renowned Black College Tour. The tour place allows 42 high school students from Indianapolis, Indiana and surrounding areas the chance to actually visit a number of HBCUs.  Students will speak with admissions counselors and student ambassadors, and take walking tours of all the campuses. Five Socorro’s from the Chapter will serve as chaperones.

The 2007 Black College Tour will be visiting the following HBCU’s: Howard, Morgan State, Hampton, Norfolk State, Bennett, North Carolina A&T, Winston Salem State, Johnson C. Smith, Tennessee State, and Fisk. The cost is $375.00, which includes transportation, hotel, tour t-shirt, and tour portfolio. Spring Break Tour
Dates: Various in April (Note 3 tours below)
Based in Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky

(Tour A) Will depart on April 1st leaving out of Covington Kentucky. Tour A will include Tennessee State, Fisk, Alabama A&M, Alabama State, Oakwood, Tuskegee, Clark-Atlanta, Spelman, and Morehouse.

(Tour B) Will depart on April 8th 2006-April 13th
to Clark-Atlanta, Spelman, Morehouse, Dillard, Xavier (Louisiana), Florida A&M, Jackson State, Alcorn. Travel to Memphis, Tennessee to the Lorraine Motel.

(Tour C) Will depart on April 8th-April 13th to Howard, Hampton, North Carolina A&T, Morgan State, Bennett, Norfolk State, Virginia Union, and Virginia State.

The 2007 Black College Tour

Based in Omaha, Nebraska

This tour visits Fisk, Langston U., Alabama A&M, Tuskegee, Tennessee State, Meharry Medical College, and Lincoln (Jefferson, MO). Other stops include: National Civil Rights Museum, Belle Mead Plantation, The Oaks-Booker T. Washington's home, The Hermitage--Andrew Jackson Plantation, and Six Flags.  The cost is $495. 20th Annual Educational Student Tours (ETS)

ETS is a tour group that's been featured on TV (ABC), and has been around for a long time.  Tour A visits Bennett, Clark - Atlanta, Hampton, Howard, Johnson C. Smith, Morehouse, North Carolina A&T, Paine, and Spelman.  Departs April 9, 2006.  Tour B visits the SAME schools.  The cost is $1,439 and includes airfare from LA and back, hotels, buses, meals, and more. This tour is co-sponsored by the Long Branch, New Jersey Housing Authority and the Department of Recreation. The tour will visit Cheyney, Lincoln Univ., Pa, Hampton, Norfolk State, Delaware State, Virginia State, Virginia Union, Morgan State, and the U. of Maryland Eastern Shore. Students will also visit the Great Blacks in Wax Museum in Baltimore, MD and lunch while cruising Maryland eastern shore.
