Law School Forums for Aspiring Law Students: 2007-2008
Recommended for students at all levels of school enrollment. Knowledge is power. --Isaac Black, Black Excel Founder
Each year, there are seven regional Law School Admission Council (LSAC) Recruiting Forums that take place in cities throughout the U.S. Black Excel representatives have been in attendance at several of these forums, and they are highly recommended. Always, you will find over 180 schools at tables that will assist you. You will get an opportunity to ask questions about admissions, aid, and related matters about "getting in."
Do bring a backpack, because there will be catalogs, viewbooks, applications, and tons of material to pick up. You won't be disappointed will the insights and help you will get.
Check the scheduled forums listed below and do check the LSAC web page, www.LSAC.org, and click on "Forums." You'll gets tons of useful info and directions to the recruiting events. Each event will also include panels on the admissions process, financial aid, etc....and they are free!
Reps will answer these kinds of questions:
- What law schools are best for you?
- How does the admission process work?
- What is the best way to prepare for the LSAT?
- How can you finance your legal education?
- What law school opportunities are available for members of minority groups?
