21st Annual “Get on the Bus” HBCU College Tour
Based in Long Branch, New Jersey
(The Pearl of the Jersey Shore)

The tour is co-sponsored by the Housing Authority and the Department of Recreation of the City of Long Branch, New Jersey. Usually visits schools like Spelman, Morehouse, Clark-Atlanta, Johnson C. Smith, North Carolina A&T, Virginia Union, Virginia State, and U. of Virginia. The cost of the 6-day/5 night tour is $425.00 per student. Caring For Young Minds Black College Tour
(15th Annual)
Based in Maryland (Baltimore)
Dates: March 30 to April 5, 2013

 Each year, Caring for Young Minds takes a group of 230 high school students on a week-long college tour of several HBCU's.  This year, the tour will include: Howard, Bowie State, Tennessee State, Fisk, Meharry Medical College, North Carolina A&T, North Carolina Central, Virginia State,Virginia Union, Hampton, and Norfolk State. The cost is $700.00 which includes transportation, and lodging and food expenses (except 4 meals on their own, including snacks. T-shirts will be given to wear on 4 specific days.
